Education

I am currently attending Arizona State University in their Graphic Information Technology program as I continue to study Web Development. Prior to attending ASU, I attended Barstow Community College where I have completed my Transfer Associates Degree in Computer Science.

Currently, my primary goal is to finish my degree and gain more experience in Web Development and other helpful skills.

Design Concepts

When it comes to design, my creativity can vary between different styles and approaches, always aiming to create visually appealing and functional solutions. The main thing that I try to focus on is making sure that I have a solid design in mind before I start any projects. With my commissions, I ensure to be as thorough as possible when gathering any information that will assist me in completing the project to the best of my ability.

If its not a commission and its a personal project, I do on occasion get stuck on certain pieces and lose motivation to finish them. Although, I don't let this impact any work that is for someone that is not myself, especially if it's paid. My personal projects are always available for me to come back later, but are usually not my priority.

Technical Skills

I have a strong foundation in graphic design and video editing, which I continue to build upon through self-taught learning and hands-on experience.

Video Editing - I have prior experience with DaVinci Resolve as my primary editing software. I have recently picked up Adobe Premiere Pro, and I might just switch over due to the ease of use and the fact that I have access to it through my school.

Graphic Design - I have experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator with past projects. However, I primarily use Procreate for custom graphics that I need to make, and Canva when it comes to combining elements with my art and design.

Web Development - I am currently learning HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build responsive and interactive websites. At the moment, I am focusing on understanding the fundamentals and building simple projects.

Completed Projects

Here are some educational projects I have completed:

• Project 1: Mood Tracker Journal

  This was one of the few projects I worked on during my time at ASU. This allowed me to really explore the design process and improve my skills in creating user-friendly interfaces.

• Project 2: Harborview Farmers Market

  I had a lot of fun working with the design factor of this assignment, and I felt proud of how it came out. Content is not mine, but the polished look it has is!

• Project 3: Pokemon

  Pokemon was a quick topic to choose when I built this brief website. Establishing the foundation, hierarchy, and overall design was a great learning experience.
